Our Beers

We are obsessed with brewing delicious, quality, locally crafted beer. Below are our main year-round brews, but we are always working on something new. All of our beers are available at LCBO, Beer Store and soon our Online Store (Coming Soon). Please see beer below or contact us for more information!

    Knucklebone IPA

Exploding with tropical fruits and beautiful aromatics. The full body and light sweetness carry all the bold flavours to the finish line. We are dead serious about this fantastic IPA.

Meat: Blacken Chicken on mixed greens with yogurt/olive oil vinaigrette
Blackened chicken contrasted by the fresh market greens with soothing salad and intense ale. IPAs can be bitter and hoppy. They need to be paired with food with similarly strong tastes so as not to overwhelm the dish.

Cheese: Saint Agur cheese with a Procuitto on a Triscuit
Flavourful cheese with double down salty cured meat and salt cracker

Vegetarian / Vegan: Spicy Eggplant Curry
IPAs pair well with very spicy foods — the two strong flavors balance one another out and the hops will actually accentuate the umami and salty flavors in a spicy meal. Try pairing an IPA with a spicy curry like this recipe for Spicy Eggplant Curry

    Evil Genius Session IPA

Featuring a pillowy white head sitting on top of golden nectar bursting with notes of citrus and fruit rind. The flavour is flowery, smooth and crisp with light juiciness to make this Session IPA a beer you will want to have more than once.

Meat: Ground chuck burger with bacon and extra old cheddar
Beef and old cheddar and smokey bacon compete against a refreshing cleansing session IPA. Make sure you serve your IPA very cold so it quenches the thirst even more. Burgers are always a great match, but make sure your toppings aren’t too aggressive.

    Cheese: Brie with cranberry cracker
Cut through the creamy Brie supported with the cranberry cracker dryness

Vegetarian / Vegan: Tomato and Red Pepper
Salsa In this zesty party starter, basic, everyday tomato salsa gets a flavor boost from jalapeños, chili peppers, Sriracha, cilantro, oregano, and toasted cumin seeds. A perfect pairing for a quenching IPA.
